Her love of interiors started long before she knew to call it design. From a young age, she noticed how differently a place could make her feel—the calm of a spa, the energy of a great coffee shop, or the comfort of someone’s home. Eventually, she realized those feelings weren’t accidental. A space could say something without saying a word, and she was hooked.
Equal parts designer and people person, Emilie brings an approachable, collaborative energy to her projects. She believes beautiful ideas are only as good as their execution, and cares just as much about how a home functions and feels up close as how it photographs. When she’s not designing, she’s usually with her husband and three boys—or finding an excuse to take her Harley out for a ride.

Meaning “free,” Saor speaks to the freedom we believe good design should have. Rather than designing toward a prescribed style, we take what feels distinctly you and give it focus—knowing where to make a statement, where to show restraint, and how to bring it all together. From the first idea through the final details, our goal is a home that feels personal, beautifully executed, and worth the investment.
